Likeness Ltd (company number 17096774), a company incorporated in England and Wales. Registered office: Flat 3, 50 Dunlace Road, London, England, E5 0NE (“we”, “us”, “our”).

This Cookie Policy explains how Likeness Ltd uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Likeness Ltd platform (“Platform”). This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which provides further information about how we process personal data.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, to provide information to the website operator, and to improve the user experience. Cookies can be “first-party” (set by the website you are visiting) or “third-party” (set by a domain other than the one you are visiting).

In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies such as pixel tags, web beacons, and local storage (collectively referred to as “cookies” in this policy unless otherwise specified).

2. Legal Framework

Our use of cookies is governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (DUAA). Under PECR, we must:

  • tell you about the cookies we use and what they do;
  • obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device.

The DUAA introduced amendments to the cookie consent framework, including an exemption for certain analytics cookies that do not have an adverse impact on user privacy. We clearly identify which of our analytics cookies fall within this exemption below.

Where cookies collect personal data, that processing is also governed by the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use
