The three things worth reading before you agree
What you are promising us (Talent Agreement §10.1)
That you are 18 or over, that the photographs are of you, that you hold the rights needed to license them, that no agency, union or exclusive arrangement conflicts with this, that the details you give us are accurate, and that you have no unspent conviction in five listed categories. We do not run criminal record checks and we never ask you to describe a conviction.
Licences are concluded for you without asking each time (Talent Agreement §6.1)
While your listing is on, you authorise us as your disclosed agent to conclude licences on your behalf whenever a brand adds you to a campaign that fits your settings and pays. You are not asked to approve each one. We can only act within your settings and the published prices, and you can switch your listing off at any time.
Some licences are exclusive (Talent Agreement §6.7)
An exclusive tier stops us concluding other licences for you for the licence term: in the same campaign category for a category-exclusive licence, or at all for a full-exclusive one. These are concluded instantly like any other licence. We tell you when it happens and your account shows when the exclusivity ends.
This is a summary. The Talent Agreement is the document you are agreeing to.
Not sure whether the convictions warranty applies to you? Ask us before you agree. Nothing you tell us goes on your profile, and we delete the conversation three months after it is resolved.
Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and the Talent Agreement
Optional, and not part of signing up. You can withdraw this at any time in your account settings. Service messages — offers on your likeness, payout statements, security alerts and notices of changes to the agreements — are sent either way.
